§ 53.071 FAILURE TO REPORT INSTALLATION OF MOTOR OR MOTORS OF ADDITIONAL HORSEPOWER.
   Any person who installs motor or motors of additional horsepower without reporting the same to the City Collector shall upon a conviction be fined, or the city may elect to refuse to furnish further electrical energy to any person so found guilty of failing to report any increase in horsepower.
