For the purposes of this Chapter 53, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL. This classification refers to all such facilities that:
(1) Are not deemed residential;
(2) Are used to employ person(s) on site, not also used as a residence;
(3) Are used as a residence, that also employs person(s) on-site;
(4) Are used to generate income;
(5) Are used for congregation;
(6) Are used for education;
(7) That is measured in primary rather than secondary; or
(8) Are used with a service greater than 200 ampere (regardless if the facility is also used as a residence).
RESIDENTIAL. The term refers to any facility that is not deemed commercial and either:
(1) Is used as a residence and does not employ person(s) on-site; or
(2) Is used as a residence and employs person(s) off-site.
