§ 53.026 INSTALLATION OF METERS.
   Meters shall be installed in a location that will be easily accessible and designated by the Superintendent of Electric Department or a member of the Department in accordance with the drawings attached hereto and made a part of this title. The property owner shall furnish and install the meter loop and base.
