(A) All premises using the city electric supply must be equipped with an adequate electric meter furnished by the city, except that service may be supplied by the city at a flat rate of charge until a meter may be installed.
(B) Commencing April 1, 2023, for Year 1 (and on the first day of April for each subsequent year) the monthly meter charges for electric meters (for each meter) and for each subsequent corresponding Year, shall be as follows:
