§ 53.008 DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE DUE TO NONPAYMENT; RECONNECTION FEE.
   If any bill is unpaid after the due date, the customer shall be considered delinquent and service is subject to disconnection. A reconnection charge set by the bill provider shall be paid by the delinquent customer before service is restored.
