§ 53.006 FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR AFTER HOURS CALLS.
   When any service interruption has been experienced or a dangerous condition may occur, calls shall be made through Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative. The costs incurred to repair any part of a system, on the customer’s side of the meter, or due to faults caused by the customer’s system, shall be borne by the electric customer, provided the repair is necessitated under emergency conditions. No repair on the customer’s system shall be made by Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative personnel except when a dangerous condition may exist that would endanger the health and welfare of an electric user and cannot otherwise be remedied.
