§ 53.004 WIRING, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT SERVICE.
   Wiring, electrical installation and equipment service must be in accordance with applicable electric codes and the rules of the city electric utility. The utility reserves the right to refuse service to customers not in compliance with this provision.
