All plans for construction work within the city limits which provide for any excavation of the construction work site must include the general location of all natural gas service lines and mains which cross the construction site or are located within ten feet of the outer limits of the proposed construction excavation. The excavation shall include, but not be limited to, trenching. All excavation shall be done according to J.U.L.I.E. rules and regulations (Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act, ILCS Ch. 220, Act, 50 §§ 1 through 14).
