The end-user customer will furnish the city with copies of all third-party contracts relating to service hereunder, including all amendments thereof in effect from time to time. Prior to the sixteenth of each month, the end-user customer will notify the city in writing of the volumes of gas in decatherms to be transported on a daily basis in the subsequent month. This will be converted to or expressed as average daily flow. The end-user customer must request and receive approval of the city two working days in advance of any mid-month changes. They must be confirmed in writing immediately.
