The contract between the city and the end-user customer shall specify the maximum daily delivery quantities of end-user customer-owned gas. Trunkline will provide the daily delivery data to the city for all end-user customer-owned gas delivered to the city’s distribution system. Their determination shall be binding upon the end-user customer. Delivery statements for end-user account must be delivered to the city by the end-user customer by the tenth of each subsequent month.
