§ 52.123 FLOW RATES AND PRESSURE.
   The flow rate(s) of delivery of gas transported for any end-user customer hereunder and the pressure at which the gas is to be delivered shall be agreed upon by the city and the end-user customer and specified in the contract between them or if not an end-user customer at current service conditions for flow and pressure.
