§ 52.105 REFUSAL OF CITY TO ACCEPT DELIVERY.
   The city will not be obligated to accept delivery of any end-user customer-owned gas if the acceptance is in any way detrimental to or at the subsidy of other customers of the city. Refusal to accept delivery shall be at the sole discretion of the city.
