Deliveries of gas under this rate are subject to full interruption. The city shall be the sole judge of the necessity for interruption. The city will endeavor to give end-user customers advance notice whenever an interruption is required, and the customer shall interrupt his or her use of the end-user customer-owned gas for the time and to the extent requested by the city. The city shall not be liable for any loss of production or for any damages whatsoever by reason of interruption or lack of advance notice. The city will endeavor to deliver gas under the companion rate classification to the extent of the then current entitlement of the end-user customer.
