§ 52.073 CITY-OWNED EQUIPMENT DAMAGED.
   (A)   Whenever a meter, regulator or other equipment of a service connection which has been installed by the city is found to have been damaged for any cause whatsoever, these damages shall become the liability of the customer, who shall pay the city the actual cost of removal, repairing and/or replacing of the damaged equipment where damage was not caused by the city.
   (B)   In the event the damage has caused inaccurate metering, then the gas bills shall be corrected in the manner previously provided for in this chapter.
