§ 52.052 MONEYS RECEIVED; DISPOSITION; ACCOUNTS; AUDITING.
   It shall be the duty of the City Collector to set up and maintain a proper system of accounts and records separate from all other accounts and records, showing the amount of revenues received from the gas utility. All moneys shall be paid by the City Collector to the City Treasurer, who shall also keep an account of moneys received from the gas utility and the application of revenues and all financial transactions in connection therewith, and who shall deposit the moneys in an enterprise fund account. The accounts shall annually be audited properly by an independent public accountant as provided by the State Municipal Accounting Act.
