(A) A reconnection charge shall be paid to the city to restore natural gas service at any time that it has been disconnected or discontinued by voluntary request of the customer.
(B) Disconnect and reconnection charges shall be paid to the city at any time natural gas service has been disconnected or discontinued. A charge of $25 shall be paid as a disconnect charge (D.C.) and an additional $50 shall be paid as the reconnection charge (R.C.). This shall apply to all customers under all circumstances who voluntarily disconnect and reconnect to the city gas utility services.
(C) Additionally, if service has been terminated for nonpayment of a delinquent bill, the delinquent reconnection charge (D.R.C.) as stated in § 52.007 must also be paid.
