(A) All connections to the city gas utility system shall be made by the city. The city shall charge for connecting three-fourths inch or smaller taps to existing main the actual cost to the city for contractual labor and materials regardless of the length of the service line required.
(B) Service lines and other fittings larger than those required for a standard connection shall be paid for the applicant at the actual cost to the city upon completion.
