§ 52.005 INSTALLATIONS, GAS APPLIANCES AND ACCESSORIES.
   (A)   Gas service may be refused for premises in which the installation does not comply with the ordinances of this city.
   (B)   All service connections shall comply with the requirements of the Federal and State Pipeline Safety Acts.
   (C)   All gas appliances and accessories connected to the city gas system shall comply with the requirements of the current NFPA 54 edition.
   (D)   All piping shall be as required under § 52.071.
