It shall be illegal for any firm, person, corporation, limited liability company, or any other entity to deposit a television or computer monitor in the Career Development Center drop box or leave a television or computer monitor on the Career Development Center property in the general location of the Career Development Center drop box for donated personal property which is to be reconditioned and sold at the New 2 You retail store operated by the Career Development Center.
