§ 51.46 DISPOSAL IN GARBAGE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be illegal for any person, firm, corporation, limited liability company, or other entity to dispose of any CED within the city by depositing a CED in any container from which the city garbage service will collect contents, or by leaving a CED at the curb for pickup by the city garbage service.
