For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COVERED ELECTRONIC DEVICE or CED. Any computer, computer monitor, television, printer, electronic keyboard, facsimile machine, video cassette recorder, portable digital music player that has memory capacity and is battery powered, digital video disc player, video game console, electronic mouse, scanner, digital converter box, cable receiver, satellite receiver, digital video disc recorder, or small scale server sold at retail and taken out of service at a residence.
