§ 51.36 PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF VIOLATION.
   The fact that garbage, refuse or ashes remain on any occupant’s premises in the city in violation of this subchapter shall be prima facie evidence that the occupant of the premises is responsible for the violation of this subchapter occurring.
