(A) Airtex Products will be allowed to pay its monthly utility bill on or before the last day of the month in which the bill is received, without any penalty.
(B) Airtex Products must pay a 10% penalty if the utility bill of Airtex Products is paid after the last day of the month in which the utility bill is received.
