§ 50.15 UNLAWFUL TO LEASH OR TIE TO METERS.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or customer to tie or leash any dog or other animal to any water meter, electric meter, utility pole or other water or electricity or service equipment or facilities of the city water and electric distribution systems.
