§ 39.31 AUTHORIZED PASSENGERS.

   (A)   The following individuals are authorized as passengers in vehicles or equipment owned by the city during the business day of the city:

      (1)   Vendors;

      (2)   Contractors;

      (3)   Engineers; and

      (4)   Any duly authorized agent doing authorized work for the city.

   (B)   The above list of authorized passengers must, at all times, be accompanied by either a city official or a city employee.
