§ 38.02 DESIGNATION OF WARDS.

   (A)   First Ward. All that part of the city lying east of First Street shall constitute the First Ward.

   (B)   Second Ward. All that part of the city lying north of Elm Street, west of North First Street and east of Northwest Seventh Street shall constitute the Second Ward.

   (C)   Third Ward. All that part of the city lying south of Elm Street, west of North First Street and South First Street, and east of Northwest Seventh Street and Southwest Seventh Street shall constitute the Third Ward.

   (D)   Fourth Ward. All that part of the city lying west of Northwest Seventh Street and Southwest Seventh Street shall constitute the Fourth Ward.
