§ 33.006 MEETINGS.
   (A)   Open Meetings Act. All meetings of the FEDC shall be held in conformity with the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
   (B)   The FEDC shall meet at least four times per year and at such other times when necessary to carry out its assigned duties.
   (C)   A quorum for a meeting shall consist of four voting members.
