§ 33.005 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   Appointments shall be made on the basis of the individual's willingness to serve and ability to assist in the purpose and policies of the FEDC.
   (B)   Residency. Members shall either reside within or own or lease a business within the corporate limits of the city.
   (C)   The Mayor has the discretion and power to remove any member of FEDC.
