(A) At the annual meeting of the Commission, the Commission shall elect from its members a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Additional officers may be elected according to the bylaws of the Commission. The officers shall continue to be entitled to vote upon all matters coming before the Commission.
(B) The Commission may establish committees whose members, selection and powers shall be determined by the bylaws of the Commission.
(C) The Commission shall keep, or cause to be kept, a record of all the proceedings of the Commission, which records shall be available for inspection as all other municipal records. The records of the Commission shall be kept at the municipal office of the city, which shall be the Commission office.
(D) No member of the Commission shall receive compensation for his or her services, but members may receive reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses according to the bylaws of the Commission.
