§ 32.131 UNLAWFUL RETENTION OF MONEY COLLECTED.
   It shall be unlawful for the City Collector to keep money received by him or her on behalf of the city for longer than one week. Any City Collector violating this section shall be immediately removed from his or her office by the Mayor and shall be liable for unlawful retention of money collected.
