§ 32.126 APPOINTMENT.
   The City Collector shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, for a term that shall coincide with the term of office of the Mayor who appointed them but shall not exceed the term of the said Mayor and shall continue in their office until his or her successor is elected and qualified.
