§ 32.097 RESIGNATION OR REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
   (A)   The City Administrator may resign from his or her office at any time subject to any contractual arrangements he or she may have with the city.
   (B)   The Mayor, with the concurrence of the City Council, may remove the City Administrator from office.
