§ 32.084 BOND OF TREASURER OF CEMETERY BOARD OF MANAGERS.
   Before entering upon the duties of the Office of Treasurer of Cemetery Board of Managers, the City Treasurer shall execute a bond in the amount of $25,000 conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of his or her office.
