§ 32.083 SALARY.
   (A)   The salary of the City Treasurer is fixed as follows: beginning May 1, 1989, $19,867.72.
   (B)   The position of City Treasurer shall be considered a full-time position and he or she shall devote the time necessary to carry out the functions of his or her position.
