§ 31.11 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The order of business at meetings of the City Council shall be as follows:
   (A)   Pledge of Allegiance;
   (B)   Roll call;
   (C)   Approval of minutes;
   (D)   Approval of bills;
   (E)   Public comments;
   (F)   Routine business;
   (G)   Miscellaneous; and
   (H)   Adjournment.
