§ 31.08 MEMBERSHIP IN COMMITTEES.

(A) The Mayor shall appoint the members of all standing and special committees, in the absence of specific direction by the City Council, and shall designate the Chairperson of each committee.

(B) Every committee of the City Council shall consist of three members; including the Chairperson; except the Industrial Committee shall consist of five members, including the Chairperson, all unless the City Council shall provide otherwise.
