(A) The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the hour of 6:00 p.m.; provided that if the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall take place on the next secular day at the same hour.
(B) Adjourned meetings may be held at times as the City Council may determine.
