(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any officer who violates § 30.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor and in addition thereto any office held by that person so convicted shall become vacant and shall be so declared as part of the judgment of the court.
