§ 30.05 MUNICIPAL OFFICERS; TAKING OFFICE.
   The Mayor, City Clerk, and all City Aldermen shall all be sworn in and take office and thereafter act in their official capacity as the city municipal officers during the first regular scheduled Council meeting of the City Council held in the month of May succeeding the election of municipal officers in the month of April.
