§ 30.04 APPOINTIVE OFFICES DISCONTINUED; EXCEPTION.

All appointive offices of the city, except City Collector and City Treasurer, are hereby discontinued. All persons rendering services to the city, except the elected officers required by statute and the appointive office above named, shall be employees of the city and not officers.
