(A) Any person, firm, corporation or any other entity, that violates any of the provisions of this subchapter, or any amendments thereto, by not paying any of the fees listed herein, shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction (either in the Municipal Court of the City of Fairfield, or in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, Illinois) shall be subject to a fine as set forth in § 150.99. A separate offense is deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation exists.
(B) Enforcement of this subchapter may be accomplished by the city in any manner authorized by law.
