(A) The city may, in addition to any other remedies, initiate an appropriate action in the Circuit Court to prevent the unlawful installation, establishment, or maintenance of a fence, which is not in compliance with this subchapter or to restrain, correct or abate a violation of this subchapter.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of this subchapter shall pay a fine as set forth in § 150.99 for each violation.
