(A) Grants made under the New Projects program shall not exceed $10,000. Grants made under the Facade Improvement program shall not exceed $10,000.
(B) To be eligible for a grant, an application and agreement must be fully completed and contain all of the information requested therein. The application and agreement attached to Exhibits A, B, and C are approved as to form.
(C) The City Council will hear recommendations from the Business District Committee, for awards of grants and has discretion as to whether to award any grant.
