§ 95.04 ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN FINES IMPOSED IN MUNICIPAL COURT.
   The Municipal Court hearing officer is granted discretion to abate any fine imposed, in Municipal Court, wherein a defendant provides satisfactory proof to the hearing officer that he/she has cleaned up their property in the manner as specified by the hearing officer.
