(A) Money judgements entered into municipal court shall be collected in the same manner as the City of Fairfield collects money due for its utilities.
(B) Starting May 1, 2021, any unpaid balance on a judgement entered in municipal court shall be put on the utility bill for the defendant who owes money to the city for a judgement entered in municipal court. In the event that the utility bill plus the unpaid balance on the municipal court judgement is not paid, the applicable utility service shall be disconnected in the same manner as disconnection for an unpaid utility bill.
(C) Municipal court defendants must appear in municipal court if he or she has a second or subsequent ordinance violation within any 12-month period.
