The basic provisions for an RR Rural Residential District are:
(A) Basic provisions.
(1) Single family dwellings;
(2) Cultivation and growing crops, except medical marijuana
(B) Special exceptions that may be granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
(1) Assistant living facilities;
(2) Schools;
(3) Churches;
(4) Parks;
(5) Accessory structures; and
(6) Home occupation.
(C) RR Rural Residential.
(1) Lot Size - three to five acres.
(2) Maximum density - one unit per lot.
(3) Maximum height - 40 feet.
(4) Maximum floor area - 1850 square feet.
(5) Minimum lot width - 350 feet.
(6) Front set back- 100 feet.
(7) Rear-set back - 50 feet.
(8) Side yard - 20 feet.
