§ 152.38 TIE-DOWN REQUIREMENT.

All manufactured homes or mobile homes which require tie downs must be tied down in accordance with state law as required by the Illinois Mobile Home Tie Down Act, being ILCS Ch. 210, Act 120, §§ 1 through 7 and any future amendments thereto.
