The fee charged for food truck vendors, mobile food cart vendors and any other person or entity that desires to set up a stand or table selling food and/or drink for a profit in the city shall be $25 per day. The fee shall be paid in advance at the time application for a license is made with the City Clerk. The license fee shall become a part of the corporate fund. This fee shall cover the administration charges and shall cover the amount of electricity used from the city. A fee, under this section, shall not be required for any religious, charitable, fraternal, educational, veteran's organization or not-for-profit group selling food and/or drinks as part of a fund-raising event.
