§ 78.02 DEFINITIONS; PROHIBITIONS.
   ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES, as defined by ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-101.8 and OFF-HIGHWAY MOTORCYCLES, as defined by ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-153.1 are prohibited from being operated upon the streets under the jurisdiction of the city.
