§ 154.075 R-1 DISTRICT.

   (A)   Basic provisions. Single-family dwellings and accessory structures.

   (B)   Special exceptions that may be granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

      (1)   Schools;

      (2)   Churches;

      (3)   Parks;

      (4)   Home occupations; and

      (5)   Short term rentals.

   (C)   Requirements.

Lot area	9,000 sq. ft.
Lot width	75 ft.
Front setback	30 ft.*
Side yard total	20 ft.
Interior minimum	5 ft.
Corner side yard	20 ft.
Rear yard	10 ft.
Floor area	1,200 sq. ft.
Maximum Limitations
Height (stories)	2.5
Total lot coverage	30%
*   Setback lines in Old Town shall conform to setback lines of existing adjacent buildings
