§ 153.134 SIDEWALKS.
   Concrete sidewalks four feet in width, five inches in depth, and separated from the back of the curb and gutter by a minimum of four feet earth width, shall be constructed along both sides of every street shown on the plat of a subdivision that is located within the corporate limits or within one and one-half miles of the corporate limits of the city. These sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements for sidewalk construction of the city. With the consent of the City Council, a developer may delay sidewalk construction until 50% of the lots are sold.
